Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment, including Switch, Visa and Mastercard. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
You may cancel your order within 7 days of your receipt of the goods, and we will refund to your card within 30 days of cancellation. Postage costs will NOT be refunded. We aim to respond to all complaints within 2 working days, we will also endeavour to keep you informed throughout the process.

Shipping and Handling
Postage and shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and clearly displayed before you are asked to complete your order. Orders can only be posted to the card holders adress.
All orders are posted using Signed-for delivery. This means that you must sign for your order at the point of delivery. The are no exceptions to this rule, so please do not ask!
Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of this and offer you the choice of waiting, choosing an alternative item of equal value or refunding that part of your order.
All quoted prices include VAT where applicable.
